Thanksgiving is always a great day. It usually involves putting on my coziest sweater and stretchiest pants, then heading over to my Aunts for dinner.

But this year, I am hosting my FIRST EVER Thanksgiving in my home for 12 family members! Someone pray for me. For those of you that knew me in high school/college….YOU KNOW prayers are needed. I used to burn SOUP! Who does that?!?! 

This year I have given it all my greatest efforts and saddled my mom with the task of passing on the “cooking geniusness” to me this year.

We are cooking 2 Turkey’s this year, one is 28 pounds and the other 25! Yes, thats over 50 pounds of bird! We all LOVE left overs, so now everyone can take home a lovely sized goodie bag and we will be eating turkey sandwiches for DAYS! I think this weekend of turkey, should absolutely hold us over with our turkey cravings until next year!  😛

There is soooooo much to be thankful for this year…I am not even quite sure where to begin.

First, thank you God for all my many blessings this year! Both in my personal life and business…you have been so good to me and my family. We are blessed and grateful.

To my clients, fans, brides, grooms and everyone in between….thank you for your constant love, support and faith. Your trust in me in capture your priceless moments is beyond flattering and an absolute honor. Without you, I could’t do what I love…so for that I am beyond grateful!

I hope everyone enjoys their holiday and I am sure I will have LOTS of amazing pictures to share from not only my families celebration today, but of the AMAZING wedding Chris and I are shooting the day after Black Friday!
