Engagement sessions are honestly the best! They are not only great practice for my couples, they are a TON OF FUN! I get to meet, hang out with and teach my couples the art of posing so that wedding day portraits are a breeze. This engagement session at Dog Beach in Manasquan, NJ ALMOST didn’t happen. Whether was SO NOT our friend and up to 5 minutes before this shoot, the skies were black, it was pouring, and 2 foot puddles filled the streets. But out of nowhere, the skies cleared and the sun popped out.

I had a blast with Jen and Adam playing on the beach with their pup and laughing the day away over how lucky we got with the weather and how laid back the shoot was. It truly was the best of the best! THIS is how all engagement sessions should be…playful, sexy, cute and fun all at once!
