Some weddings I have the privilege of capturing, wind up capturing MY heart instead. In truth, its not really the “wedding”….its the love of the couple. Brittany and Justin are two people that capture you heart and never let go. Their positivity, realness and dedication to each others happiness is just incredible to play witness to. From the moment I shot their EPIC engagement session in the middle of a the forest and a river in Philly, I knew this bohemian rustic inspired wedding was going to be one for the books.

So many people have been DYING to see this wedding, so I figured now was as good of a time as any to share a wedding that stole the show and a couple that stole my heart. To my dear friends Brittany and Justin…..thank you for allowing me to be a part of this day, your love story and your lives. I am forever grateful for your friendship. You two are truly inspiring!

As the girls wrapped hair and make up, the gorgeous bride to be gifted them each with a satchel filled with sweet notes and awesome little gifts that were right on point with wedding day; including their own DREAM CATCHERS!

But, then the bride had a gift of her own to open from her handsome groom….a NEW backpack she had her eye on FILLED to the brim with her favorite snacks (you’d never guess, but Mrs. Brittany apparently has a severe sweet/junk food tooth! lol)

This was my far the FASTEST bridal prep I have ever shot. She literally slide into her dress like she was putting on a pair of yoga pants. No zippers, buttons, strings or sashes! Brilliant!

After bridal prep was concluded, we headed straight to the village here at the Smithville and went right into her first look with her handsome groom to be, Justin. (Brittany was hoping and praying he would be sporting a MAN BUN for this moment….and just to surprise her…in went a tiny man bun for his lady!) lol
