I feel like just yesterday I was was hosting my Summer Workshop/ Styled Pink Lemonade Shoot. We had such a GREAT group of photographers come out to a local winery and we covered SO MUCH in such a short time! Now its the bitter cold of the winter and I know you photographers out there are ITCHING to pick up your camera and start shooting again.
Well this workshop is sure to be a great time and hopefully very informative. This is a smaller style ,workshop which will allow more one-on-one time with me and my amazing second shooter, Chris Bakley. He is my resident “go-to-lighting-guru” and has honestly become one of my best friends over the past year. I am so excited to have him come to another workshop and this time….take over and share all of his knowledge about OCF and reception lighting.
In addition to all things FLASH, OCF, etc….we will be covering workflow. I know so many struggle with balance between work and personal life. Don’t worry…I have some tricks to master that balance. We will also be covering “wedding” workflow. What happens once your done shooting the wedding? What should you do first? We will answer that and share our tips and tricks.
After lunch, we are going to dive into a styled shoot. Practice shooting details, tables capes, and a gorgeous model. Before the day wraps we will have an hour of q+a…both with Chris and I answering your questions. No question is too silly….so bring your lists!
Then finally….if you have the desire, lets break off in to 10 minute 1-on-1 sessions where we can personally direct our efforts to YOU and your business.
I want this workshop to be a very intimate experience and for you to leave knowing WAY more than when you came and confident that you have new ideas to push your business into the next level. As I always say…I CERTAINLY do NOT know it all…nor do I do everything the “right way”…but what I can promise is that I am an open book and here to help you in anyway I can.
I am so blessed to be able to meet and work with photographers of all levels and its the best feeling in the world to see the workshop attendees become friends and second shooters for each other. It really is a “family affair” and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
