The Breece family. Where does one begin? I am just smitten by them. Krissy is a wonder woman, lets just start there. She is a fellow photographer in the process of relocating to North Carolina. She is extremely talented and we have A LOT in common. (Krissy Breece Photography) I first met Krissy when she came to me for a mentoring session. Her short blonde curly bobbed hair and pink tulle skirt had me at hello. She is just a FORCE of radiant energy and REALNESS the world desperately is in need of.

She has a heart of gold and more drive and ambition than a lot of people I have met in this lifetime. To be near her is to grow with her. Her husband Matt is just THE MAN! He is not only a wonderful father, but a supportive photographer husband that works HARD traveling high and low for his own job. I give him so much love and respect. He really is one of the good ones.

When they came down for their session, we beat the rain, but NOT THE WIND. It was one of the windiest days EVER and we had to make due as we only had this one day to shoot. I happen to love each and everyone of these images, even the bloopers, because this session is EXACTLY how my session goes when I have my own family pictures done. You never know if it will be the weather, the kids, or the husband who is having a mood. In their case…their laughs and smiles and in between moments had me crying laughing.

I pray for a continued friendship with Krissy and Matt and I pray I get the chance to shoot them again REALLY soon!
