Picture perfect. That is exactly how I would describe the Way family. These gorgeous people met me at the entrance to the Crest Pier in Wildwood Crest, NJ. Its one of my favorite shooting locations simply because it provides all the best backdrops a beach has to offer: Pier, dunes, boardwalk, waters edge, lifeguard stands, etc. The sun was shinning, the seagulls were squawking and the salty breeze provided some much need relief from how humid this summer has been. The Way family was all smiles and their Au Pair was a delight. She literally handled those babies like a pro. I thought it was so special that Erin and her husband wanted to include her in these portraits before she heads back home. You could tell how much they all love her and think of her as a family member, an au pair could ask for nothing more from a host family. It absolutely warmed my heart!

I was so thrilled to be able to meet and work with a new family that I could tell would be lifelong friends. I can not wait to see this family again and watch the little ones grow. Erin, thank you for trusting me with these memories this summer. It was beyond an honor to be apart of this day and I surely hope you come back to see me in the future.
