Every once in a while we meet people that leave a footprints on our hearts. They make such a positive impression in our lives that our heart is happy to have known them…even for a moment.That is how I feel about the Macomber family. David, Seth and Melissa totally blew me away with the love they have for one another. I had to remind myself on numerous occasions during their shoot that I was there to do a “job”. I got lost in just capturing the REALNESS they all shared. No posing, no extra fluff…JUST THEM. 

When Melissa mentioned she wanted to incorporate their paddle boards, I couldn’t even hand the excitement. HOW UNIQUE! HOW FUN!

As we waited for the sun to descend and the beautiful Cape May sunsets to appear, I enjoyed capturing them paddle boarding as family. Having fun in the surf. Fearless 4 year old Seth couldn’t waittttt to get in his swimming trunks and into the water. The joy on his face was enough to be-still anyones heart. I felt so honored I was asked to be a part of such a priceless family session.
