I say it time and time again….I don’t pay for advertising because I think word of mouth is the most beneficial aspect of my business. My ideal clients are the ones that are referred to me by other brides and grooms or family sessions clients. It starts with an amazing and uplifting email telling me how much they enjoyed so and so’s photos and that “I came highly recommend.” RIGHT THERE is enough validation for me that “paying for clients” has and will never be a part of my business plan. When you shoot your clients…their families, their friends…their friends family…and their friends…I feel as though I am connected to everyone and everyone is indirectly connected back to me. We are family. We are friends. And I woulnt change that for the world.

This by far was one of my most favorite family sessions. Referred by a dear friend of the families, we met in Lewes, DE right by the ferry for a summer family portrait session in downtown Lewes. This town was straight out of the “Gilmore Girls” Stars Hollow. Just charming! On vacation at their shore home, we met and cruised the streets shooting on docs, in parks, and on the store lined paths.

I HAD NO IDEA going into the session that this family gave birth to BLAKE LIVELY!  At least thats exactly whom their eldest looks like. Many say Kate Hudson too….but goodness…the girl is celebrity beautiful and so are her gorgeous young sisters. I so hope to be all of their weddings photographer one day : P

The “M” family truly has touched my heart and provided me with an experience I will not soon forget. It was a pleasure meeting and working with you guys…PLEASE call me or come see me again soon! Until next year…..
