Brittany and Scott’s destination wedding in Newport, Rhode Island was the highlight to the beginning of the year last year. I met Brittany through a a mutual friend Jana, and over the years it was the greatest time getting to know her and see her at the happiest time in her life. When I met Scott, I knew a match made in Heaven was underway. They just light each other up….lift each other up.

April in Newport was much like visiting the set of Gilmore Girls in the very early spring with an added element of water and boat life! It was nautical, quaint, history packed GORGEOUS town. The cliff drops and the views, the architecture, the cutest shops. I was DEVASTATED I couldn’t stay longer. It was a COLLLLD, BLUSTERY April day but it was stunning nonetheless. We got to head out to Goat Island to shoot with a stunning lighthouse and then back to the Ocean Cliff resort for one HECK OF A PARTY! The reception room was wall to wall windows and every view…every angle was more gorgeous than the one before it.
