Ocean City, New Jersey is one of my most favorite beaches. The island is amazing for family vacations, boardwalk adventures and pier gazing. The Burns family met me on the beach near 14th street on the island just as the sunrise was coming to an end. It was overcast, a bit breezy and the salt air was whipping through our hair. With sandy toes after morning naps, our session was underway.

This family made me smile the whole time. Little man was filled with smiles as his parents, with the help of grandpa, made silly faces behind my back. They lifted him in the air, danced around and even played a few favorite songs on their phone. I loved watching his in between “stink eye” he gave me after we pooped him out with endless smiles. I think the adults felt more crazy than the baby. It was a joy to meet and work with them and I eagerly await another NJ family session in the future. Thank you for trusting me with these precious family memories this summer for your first photo session! You all did amazingly!
