Endless hours of dreaming. Followed by endless hours of drafting and notes. Topped off my endless hours of design work, articles, and drawing board mock ups. These are all the elements that went into the creation of the First Edition KNP Magazine. With over a year in the works…a magazine…roughly 30 pages in length….is being finalized as we speak. I found the most amazing designer ever that not only TOTALLY gets me….but she totttttally understands my brand! She has built custom, ONE OF A KIND, designs and layouts exclusive to me and my business. There are just no words for my appreciation to her!

This magazine is special! Not just because its pretty much my third baby….its my blood, sweat and tears poured into the pages. Many ask…is this magazine for photographers, or brides?

Truthfully…this magazine was created and started off as pricing guide. A more fancy way to show off pricing in a more branded and professional way. But then….I thought…what if this magazine could be a ONE STOP SHOP kind of deal. A mini “KNOT” if you will….hmmmmm! Then back to the drawing boards I went.

With a get to know me portion, a recommended vendors sections, testimonials…what to wear…why….planning…testimonials…about me…featured weddings, wedding day information and must haves….my once 6-8 page pricing guide has turned into so much more. Of course there are a few pages in there I haven’t mentioned…but thats because they are super special and unique….those must be saved for my amazing brides!

So my pricing guide, meets wedding day and planning guide, is simply perfect and head to toe KNP.

I think beginning photographers would benefit from it…especially if just getting into wedding photography. There are parts of a wedding you just cant possibly understand until you experience them. Things about weddings that are every changing as time and brides expectations change. I hope this guide serves as 10-15 plus blog posts, FAQs, and advice wrapped into one that is both photographer and bride friendly.

Its going to be sooo amazing to not only give my brides their fabulous bridal packets in consults…but also gift them with the answer to every question I ALREADY KNOW they are going to ask…in a fun and concise and TOTALLY KNP format. My goal is to let me brides know that YES….I put THIS MUCH effort into welcoming them, educating them, and spoiling them. I am not leaving anything to question….nothing is printed on boring printer paper or basic letterhead. From the moment we meet to the moment they finish the magazine…then hoping booking and shooting their wedding….an entire WEDDING EXPERIENCE is what I hope they will have and remember for years to come.

I can not wait to release it in March….and thinking about a way to be able to sell it to photographers…but for now….KNP BRIDES…THIS IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE 2013 TREAT! : P
