It all began over Skype. I had posted an engagement session for my October bride and within a day my phone rang. “You just shot my cousins engagement photos and you just have to shoot our wedding in June.” Kelly and Justin were living in California at the time so we never actually got to meet before their wedding day. After my technology challenged self created a Skype account, we had a lovely chat and we were all equally excited.

There wedding, scheduled for June 30, 2012, was lakeside at Outdoor World in Ocean View, NJ. Its a charming campsite that has a beautiful lake and sandy shores. During a walk through that week I couldn’t wait to finally get to meet Justin and Kelly and get this wedding day underway. Everything was so personal. Intimate. Charming. Planning a wedding across the country is no easy task, but with the help of her friends and family, the wedding came together in amazing fashion. WIth more love and tears and joy than I have seen in a LONG time….they finally said their “I do’s” lakeside in front of everyone they love and cherish the most.

I wish you both all the happiness in the world and it was my honor and privilege to be able to capture every priceless moment of your big day. I hope we can stay in touch and I hope to see you around your one year anniversary : )

Congrats to the NEW Mr. and Mrs. Cornell!

After the boys played a game of pool waiting for the ladies to finish getting even more beautiful….the ceremony began with a crowd of spectators watching the brides every move and cheering the couple on as they walked down to the lake.

 

Before we got to the reception…I stole the bride and groom away for a little alone time and very minimal direction from me, their love just radiated and completely took over! : )

Then after all the bridals and formals…it was time to party : P
