This past week I have been non-stop….but in the best way. I am prepping for a trip to Arizona (I leave at 3am tomorrow..eeeek!), shot a HUGE and amazing wedding, celebrated Mother’s Day with family….but today…..today is a HUGE day in the Hebert Residence: My son Nicholas turns 5! I have a 5 year old! How did that happen!?!? Where is my first little baby!?!!? My how time has truly passed in a blink of an eye. Its something my elders said would happen, but you really never know what that feels like until you go through it yourself.

These past 5 years I have watched my baby turn into a little man. He is insanely full of life and energy…he has a smile that makes ME weak at the knees and heart flutter. He has his devilish moments that I KNOW I need to keep stern about…but on the inside I am fighting back laughter at HOW much he has picked up from me. From his attitude…his assertiveness, his wisdom beyond his years…its just such an incredible sight to see. You have the biggest heart Nicholas….holding doors, pulling out chairs, and picking any flower in sight for your mama….I just love you handsome boy. Have the best 5th birthday ever!
