Today is Friday and you know what that means; KNP VOW RENEWAL FRIDAY. Today, forgive me…it will be short and sweet…but I simply couldn’t pass up a chance to give you a sneak peak into our 5 year vow renewal celebration. We finally got our custom invitations in the mail from Wedding Paper Divas. They are simple…sweet….touch of pink, ivory and black. Our envelopes are also a lovely metallic gold.

Our invitation not only includes the colors of our day, it also includes the flower that will be a part of our centerpieces and in my hair and on our cake! This flower is called an anemone and it is just gorgeous.

When picking out invitations, I am not going to lie, it was a struggle. We didn’t want anything to “wedding-y”…nothing too girly….and something that screamed elegant party…but not black tie formal wedding affair. I couldn’t believe that when I pulled this one up, Michael was so on board. I am so thankful for his participation with this “celebration” of ours. There is nothing better than having your significant other be a part of something so important to not only you, but to your life as a couple. I have put Michael in charge of all things alcohol, some song contributions, lawn games, and a few other fun entities. There will certainly be a few surprises along the way that we will let our photos reveal….but in all…our invites are in…ready to be addressed and sent out to our closest friends and family.
