These two and their AMAZING ideas…their creativity, their love and their SMILES….I just love these two to pieces! Chelsea and Aaron gave me the extreme honor of capturing their engagement, wedding, and now….their FIRST HOME! This was the first time I was asked to shoot a “First Home Lifestyle Session.” It was an absolute pleasure and it’s so exciting when someone buys their first home from somewhere like bright-homes.com/about-wilding-ranch/ and you can see their faces light up! Being able to capture that moment is pretty special. I knew the moment I was done shooting it, it certainly wouldn’t be my last. I was even sad I didn’t think to do it when I moved into my first home with my husband. But that’s just Chelsea! Full of amazing ideas and her love for photos REALLY makes my heart happy.

I showed up to their GORGEOUS log cabin and they gave me the tour. I was in love. It was log homes meet rustic farm houses and I knew that Chelsea was sure to decorate it perfectly once they were all moved in. She’d already told me about some of her ideas for it, like the amish-made blanket chest she’d found, and I could see her vision completely. They’re also considering slightly modernising it on the inside though by adding custom lighting, a home theatre, video surveillance and much more over time. I know companies such as Custom Audio Video Residential Installation offer these services if you live in that area. We shot in the kitchen and living room and of course outside on their long woodsy path leading to their home. All of it was perfect!

My personal favorites were where we sat on the kitchen floor under the gorgeous skylight, sipping on wine and laughing with these two. They make marriage look so easy and effortless and to be around them is to love them. Aaron, thanks for always making me laugh…for allowing Chelsea and I to coax you into “just one more” picture and for being such a sport. Chelsea, thank you for being so dang gorgeous inside and out and for allowing me into your new gorgeous home and allowing me to be a part of so many amazing moments in your love story! Love you guys!
