Classy. Sweet. Fun. Radiant.
Those are the words that come to mind not only when I think of my couple Kylie and Nathan, but when I think of their wedding day as a whole.
It was a wickedly cold November day, but there was more love and warmth within these two families than one could imagine. There was laughter, tears and MUCH joy. Kylie was SO calm, cool and collected. She trusted me to a fault and never lost sight of the TRUE meaning of the day. She was so excited to marry the man of her dreams….and Nathan felt the same way. After a first look that warmed our hearts but left our toes and fingers numb, we headed to her gorgeous venue, Clarks Landing Yacht Club where we continued our portrait session and prepped for an evening candle light ceremony.
The reception was off to a quick start and this JMU couple was ready to party. They ALL bleed purple and based on those dance moves, those Dukes sure knew how to get down! Their families were such a pleasure to be around and the whole wedding day really renewed my belief in love, kindness and faith.
To my November bride and groom, YOU BLEW ME AWAY by choosing ME to be a part of your day. That is a moment in my life I will never forget. I was blessed to be there and I hope more than ever we stay present in each others lives. Nathan, do a couple miles for me in your next marathon and Kylie…keep sending me some gorgeous Stella wear….love you two. Enjoy your belated wedding blog….I know, Im the worst! : P (I blame the kids! shhhh : P )
Time for a gorgeous, intimate, candle lit ceremony where there wasn’t a dry eye in attendance.
I just adore this image…such joy and happiness! LOVE!
And one last shot before we said good night….and how gorgeous are they?! Congrats to the Mr and Mrs!
